Lunch toasted turkey on sandwich thin
half serving of veggie chips
Dinner home made manicotti
home made sauce with fresh veggies
1 slice it. bread
spinach/lettuce salad with fresh chopped veggies
Snack clementine
nuts
Guy's oatmeal cookie (last one)
yogurt with blueberries

Comments/Questions? played outside a bit for exercise
carried 9 5 gal jugs water down 8 steps
for total of 144 steps in 5 min. :-)
so ready for the ice to just go away!
