Breakfast oatmeal
chopped plum
banana
1/2 toasted english muffin
Lunch veggie salad
turkey on sandwich thin
Dinner big veggie salad
2 oz tuna
2 flat flatbread thins (crackers)
2 tbls hummus
fresh green beans
Snack clementine
2 oatmeal cookies
lots of herbal, ginger and matcha teas

Comments/Questions? spent couple hours outside playing
no real workout since last Friday other
then 1 run... bad... but, back on track

every day is a new beginning to the rest of your life.. remind myself only look forward, cause all you will do is keep tripping up if you keep looking back over your shoulder!
