Breakfast before run: 1/2 banana
during run: few sports beans
after run:1/2 banana, whole grain sandwich thin, eggwhites w/ broccoli, sundried tomato, feta cheese.
Lunch green salad w/tuna, avacado, sundried tomatos, evoo + balsamic vinegar. grapes
Dinner broccoli, cauliflower salad. 1 sm piece cheese pizza. grapes
Snack blueberries, almonds
handful popcorn
3 sm chocolate heart things
Comments/Questions? did great until the afternoon. not perfect but, I guess it could be worse! Had a great 5 mile run this morning with the ladies!
