Breakfast Brunch:scramble eggs, 1 slice colby cheese, whole
grain english muffin. blueberries
Lunch green salad w/baked chicken breast,feta cheese,5 kalamata olives,sundried tomatos,evoo+balsamic vinegar. grapes
Dinner "eat clean" homemade tomato and roasted garlic soup. 1/2 c ff cottage cheese
Snack none..slept in a bit and didn't need any.
Comments/Questions? My family requested lasagna tonight which I did make with whole grain noodles,ground sirloin and lite cheeses. It is healthier but, not what I felt was best for me. The tomato soup I made is time consuming but, DELICIOUS! I will be making copies of the recipe to share! I feel great with my food choices today! and...ran 3 miles as well!
