Lunch grilled chicken breast w/ onion, jalapeno, tomato, lettuce & ras. vinegar dressing
large glass of unsweetened iced tea
Dinner lasagna w/ glass of skim milk
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
Snack 2 stuffed jalapenos
