Lunch CRAB 1/2 W/W WRAP GRILLED
Dinner CHICKEN (GRILLED) 1/2 W/W WRAP 1/2 TBS SOUR CREAM CHEESE.
Snack PLAIN PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH ON THIN SANDWICH BREAD YOUGURT.
Comments/Questions? FELT COLD AND TIRED ALL DAY. SORRY I HAVE TO MISS THE RUN, WAS LOOKING FORARD TO RUN AND COFFEE. GOT IN ABOUT 900 CALORIES. NEED MORE I KNOW.
