Lunch 1 CUP BROCCOLI 3 OZ CHICKEN BREAST 1/2 TBS BUTTER
Dinner 1 WRAP 3 OZ GROUND SIRLOIN LETTUCE SALSA 1/2 TEASPOON SOUR CREAM 1/2 CUP REFRIED BEANS (FAT FREE VEGGITARIAN STYLE) CHEESE
Snack 1/2 CUP GRAPES 1 CHEESE STICK 11 WHEAT THINS.
Comments/Questions? GOT 1180 CALORIES STILLL A LITTLE SHORT. I DID BAG UP GRAPES,WHEAT THINS , AND OTHER FRUIT AND SNACKS IN READY TO GO BAGS SO THAT ALL I HAD TO DO IS GRAB OUT OF FRIDGE, HELPED ALOT. I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT IWAS GETTING WHEN I GRABBED IT.
