Breakfast veggies/egg whites/jalepenos/1/2 lavash
Lunch wheat pita/npb/strawberries
large bag o veggies:)
Dinner tuna mixed with a melted laughing cow on toasted flax bread/broiled with tomatoes/and sprinkle of parm.
Snack sugar free jello/dap cool whip
celery and 1/2 serving of nuts
