Lunch Sandwich: Whole wheat bread, slice of turkey, slice of cheese, slice tomato, lettuce, lite mayo

handful tortilla chips and salsa
Dinner 2 slices of frozen pizza
Snack
Comments/Questions? pizza wasn't on my diet plan but it was 8:00pm by the time I got home and it was already cooked!
I'm going to have to do a better job on Monday and Tuesday evenings since I get home so late... looks like I'll have to pack my dinner!
