After workout: 1egg scrambled, 2 slices bacon 1C of skim milk
Lunch 2C of chicken noodle soup
10 soda crackers
1/2 cup of broccoli & cheese
Dinner 3oz of filet mignon
1/2 cup of ravioli (I made that for the kids)
Snack
