Breakfast Pre-workout: banana & slice of cheese

After workout: Banana (should have had oatmeal but I had a meeting and ran out of time)
Lunch small garden salad with french dressing
Lasagna - 1/2 w/ meat & 1/2 was veggie
1 slice garlic bread
Dinner 5 pieces of Monical's pizza
Snack small bag of pretzels
Comments/Questions? I forgot to put my pre-workout breakfast on Tuesday and Thursday of this week. Both of those days I had a banana and slice of cheese before bootcamp.
