1 tsp sugar free strawberry jam
1/2 cup skim milk
Lunch 1 cup homeade ham & bean soup with carrots, celery & onion
Small Orange
Dinner 2 Egg White 1 Whole Egg Omelet with chopped green pepper, onion & tomatoes topped with salsa
Snack 2 choc chip cookies - snowday at home & baked cookies for the boys not a good thing for me.....;-(
