Lunch homemade vegetable beef soup

Dinner quesadilla (2 whole wheat tortillas, 1/2 avacado, 1 laughing cow queso/chipotle cheese wedge, 1 small yellow pepper, onion, salsa) - this was really good!
1 kiwi
Snack Fiber One bar
2 clementines
2 Hershey minutures
