Lunch Panera - vegetable soup & multigrain roll
cafe latte with skim milk
Dinner taco salad (I ate a lot of it and feel ill, but it was mostly veggies - some fat free refried beans & sprinkle lean taco meat)
salsa
Snack Fiber One bar
2 clementines
angle food cake
1/2 C pineapple
Comments/Questions? My hips are feeling the work out today. LOL Enjoyed working out with some "old school" rap. Is there such a thing as eating too much salad? I feel ill from so much taco salad.
