Breakfast Corn Chex cereal with blueberries
4 oz skim milk
1/2 C Coffee (no creamer)
Lunch salad with tomato, carrots & cheese
drizzle of French dressing
5 squares of veggie pizza
1/2 breadstick
Dinner peanut butter & banana on whole wheat English muffin
cottage cheese
Snack 3 squares cheese
4 squares bread with dip
3 meatballs
1 rum and diet coke
Comments/Questions? I walked 4.25 miles on the treadmill. I knew we were going to a party and there would be temptations. I had a plan to take a small plate and put what I wanted on it, then I did not go back for seconds.
