After BC 1/2 banana
raisin bran
1/2 C skim milk
coffee with creamer
Lunch Turkey burger with tomato & onion on bun
baked sweet potato fries (they had some brown sugar on them)
Dinner Slim Fast protein shake
2 clementines
1 oatmeal/banana muffin
Snack Fiber One Bar
Comments/Questions? I made a good choice at O'Charley's with the Turkey burger, but I ate all of it. I was full after I had 1/2 the sandwich. I should have stopped then. I didn't realize there was brown sugar on the sweet potato fries. So, that was a disappointment.
