Lunch Lean Cuisine chicken in peanut sauce & veggies
Red Grapefruit
Dinner 1 Chicken fajita on whole wheat tortilla with red& orange peppers, mushrooms & onion
1 C banana/kiwi/blueberries
Snack Red & orange peppers/carrots with 1 tbsp hummus

1 clementine
Slimfast protein shake
Comments/Questions? I am already getting sore from BC this morning. I feel great!
