Lunch 2 - Home made oatmeal banana muffin (lowfat recipe) - 2 WW points
Lite cheese stick
Dinner Home made Vegetable Beef soup (YUMMY)
1 - cornbread (no butter)
1 kiwi with handfull of blueberries
Snack 1 C air-popped popcorn
WW fudge bar
Comments/Questions? I walked 3.1 miles on the treadmill this morning (burned 440 calaries). My food wasn't as good as I liked. I waited to have breakfast because we were going to the pancake/sausage breakfast in Philo. It was packed, so we went home. Mike made cinnemon rolls and I had one, but I ate my Fiber One bar first or I would have had more.
