| Comments/Questions? | I walked 3.1 miles on the treadmill this morning (burned 440 calaries). My food wasn't as good as I liked. I waited to have breakfast because we were going to the pancake/sausage breakfast in Philo. It was packed, so we went home. Mike made cinnemon rolls and I had one, but I ate my Fiber One bar first or I would have had more. |
