Lunch Salsa chickenw/br rice
water
Dinner 1 can tuna
salad with lots veggies,feta cheese, ripe olives...balsamic vinegar
2 bites of chicken n noodles
Snack 1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 lo cal muffin
1/2 c grapes with low fat cool whip
Comments/Questions? I finally did a total on my calories for the day. 1265
