I am so proud of myself (but I have a bad habit of rewarding myself with food even when I have done well with food that tomorrow may be a challenge) I prepared my apple peanut butter snack BEFORE I made cookies today and placed it on the counter while I baked....I did not have one bite of either the dough or a cookie, ate the snack instead while the others snacked on cookies!!!!
