Breakfast Yogurt

Dinner chicken breast

sweet potato
Snack I had way more water than I needed today and yesterday. Water was just about all I could manage! The good thing about that is now that my body is hydrated, I feel thirsty and it is not near as difficult to drink water.
Comments/Questions? On the mend....felt much better but still had a very difficult time eating until the pain medication kicked in. I also was not up to exercise but think tomorrow will be ready again to eat clean, work out, and get that water down
