Breakfast protien shake / ingriedients: almond milk, spinach, berries (blue berries, strawberries,rasberries)
Lunch none
Dinner chillie with a small salad with lowfat dressing
and a small vanilla frosty
Snack reduced fat cheese stick
Comments/Questions? my stomach is still a little up set but gonna make it tommorow!!!!!!
