Breakfast 1 egg, 2 egg whites, little onion, some mushrooms, spinach, sprinkle of low fat moz. cheese
1 cup milk
Lunch 3 inches turkey and bacon on wheat with light mayo lots of lettuce, onion, green pepper, cuccumbers no cheese
water
Dinner diet pepsi
other 3 inches of my sandwich
5 chips
water
Snack yogurt
3 handfuls of popcorn
diet pepsi
