10 Baby Carrots
Comments/Questions? Horrible Day. My transformation needs to tell people no to lunch plans....especially when I'm not prepared. It will help me avoid trouble spots. I need to learn not to give into the food that tempts me. Although no condemnation, I know it and time to start again with a better plan.
