and 2 tbsp sugar

a bowl oatmeal

9am celery w peanut butter
water
Lunch chicken sandwhich w 1 slice of cheese
a teaspoon mayo ,mustard
mandarine oranges
water
Dinner 2 slices pizza
water
Snack
Comments/Questions? I run between 1 and 2.5 miles every morning and drink lots of water all day
