Breakfast egg beater omelet w/ green pepper tomato and green pepper
1 slice whole grain toast
Lunch tuna w/ cottage cheese on assorted lettuce salad w/ tomato and little blue cheese
Dinner couscous w/ lot's of veggies
clementine
Snack granola bar
slice of cheese
sugar free vanilla chai (the only calories I think would be the little bit of milk in it)
Comments/Questions? ran 4 miles this morning, plus ran suicides and wind sprints w/ 3 of the 4th grade classes during PE
