Breakfast egg sandwich w/laughing cow cheese and 1 piece thin ham on 90 calorie bun (aunt millie I think) and green tea
Lunch small taco salad w/lots of lettuce, tomato, sprinkle of cheese and approx 1/4 cup of meat
Dinner 3/4 cup whole wheat rotini w/olive oil, garlic, and parm cheese
Snack protein bar
1/4 cup pineapple
about 10 pretzel sticks
