green tea
Lunch bowl of tomato soup (gotta get my veggies somehow)
unsweet ice tea
Dinner blackened tilapia cooked in a bit of olive oil w/about 1/2 cup of broccoli slaw mixed w/1 1/2 teaspoon of reduced fat mayo w/olive oil
Snack protein bar
string cheese
