Breakfast 2 eggs scrambled w/1 tsp diced ham and a sprinkle of ff cheese

cup of hot green tea
Lunch shaved turkey breast w/slice of reduced fat swiss cheese (no bread). tried to wrap it in lettuce but my lettuce leaf kept tearing
Dinner homemade white chili w/chicken breast
Snack protein bar
PB2 on 2 pieces of cheese
