Breakfast 2 eggs over easy
1 glass/cup SF apple cider
Lunch lettuce salad w/turkey slices, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, hard boiled egg and a touch of dressing on side
Dinner salad w/ff cheese, tomato, few black olives, and 1/4 cup taco seasoned meat
Snack protein bar and coffee w/ff milk in it

tons of water
Comments/Questions? probably not enough calories but I am full and I always panic the first few days of a new camp w/my food
