Lunch took a much needed nap and woke up way past lunch so I had:

Dinner Chicken and white bean with peppers
1/2c jasmine rice
1/2 c fresh green beans
1/2 c corn
=377 cals
Snack rice cake= 60 cals
danon light and fit yogurt= 80 cals
hot chocolate=80 cals
1/4 almonds= 150 cals
