Breakfast Dana's breakfast :)
(egg+1 white, mushrooms, spinach, 2 tbsp blk beans, 2 tbsp FF CC)
1 banana
8 oz ff milk
=350 cals
Lunch 2 oz roasted chichen, lettuce, tomatoe and 1 tbsp garlic hummus rolled into 1/2 of a lavash....tasty
15 sugar snaps + 1 tbsp hummus
1 kiwi
=300 cals
Dinner ate very late which is the bad part
Dana's breakfast for dinner

Snack 1/4c almonds + 1/3 C dried cherries
=340 cals ( split between a.m. and p.m.)
Comments/Questions? Total calories=1340
If you havent tried Dana's breakfast, make sure you do. It is awesome. So good I had it twice :)
So tired and way too much going on in life right now. Ready for the norm to return.
