Breakfast 1/2 c egg beaters scrambled with mushrooms and spinach stuffed into a josephs pita
8 oz skim milk
=220 cals
Lunch 1/2 thai chicken salad(has roasted edamame and roasted red peppers
LF chix noodle soup
sm piece of whole grain bagette
=360 cals
Dinner 4 oz roasted chicken breast
coucous with roasted veggies(zuchini, squash, eggplant, tomatoes)
1 kiwi
=405 cals
Snack 1/4 of almonds and 1/3 c dried cherries
=340 cals(split this over the morning snack and afternoon snack)
vanilla yogurt with strawberries and raspberries=100 cals
Comments/Questions? Total=1425 cals
Todays food must have been good cause I have been full all day and had to make myself eat even though I wasnt hungry. The calories are still lower than usual but maybe it my body saying that it can deal with 1400? We will see
