1/2 c egg beater omlete with gr pepper
2slices WW toast
8 oz OJ

Lunch 1c WW crab pasta salad with tomatoes and peas.
6 oz yoplait light yogurt
1 light babybel cheese
1 kiwi fruit
=375 cals
Dinner 11/4 c Confetti Chili
PB sandwich w/1TBSP of Natural PB
1 light babybel cheese
3 okra pickles
=515 cals
Snack 100 cal pack of almonds and 1 clementine=135 cals
2 oz chicken breast and 1/2 c of grapes=149 cals
Comments/Questions? Total=1594 cals
Ran/walked on the treadmill for 2 miles in 30 min.....mostly walking but did it. This 10k may kill me:) I am so tired I am going to bed now.
