Dinner 6 inch turkey with cheese and veggies with apple slices
Snack before bc a banana
cheese stick-mid-morning
cheese stick before running
after dinner popcorn and almonds
yogurt
Comments/Questions? got in only a mile and a half run today ran out of time.
