Breakfast egg on bread thin (multigrain) with laughing cow cheese
Lunch Turkey on bread thin
Dinner some of my chili about 250-300 cal
Snack frozen yogurt, cheese stick banana and almonds
Comments/Questions? my chili is one can of diced tomatoes with green chilies and can of chili beans add some chili powder...yummy
