Lunch 6 inch Turkey with cheese (subway)
apple slices
Dinner small hamburger patty (no bun) boiled potato with salsa
Snack cheese stick
yogurt
2 bites biday cake 3 bites of ice cream (my dads 70th bday
oh and 1/2 candy bar (120 cals)
Comments/Questions? I think I am finally getting that sugar craving under control from the holiday meltdown.....Thanks for the message its ok to say no thanks I don't eat that.
