| Snack | banana before bc yogurt 80 cal cheese stick almonds (one pack in the morning and another after dinner 100 cal pack) Oh and a spoonful of cookie dough...I tried to resist even the thought of free boot camp could not seem to stop the spoonful...ugh! |
