Breakfast 2 eggwhites with veggies and ww toast
Lunch bowl of veggie soup with a cheese stick
Dinner veggie soup a bowl
Snack banana before bc

yogurt 80 cal

cheese stick
almonds (one pack in the morning and another after dinner 100 cal pack)
Oh and a spoonful of cookie dough...I tried to resist even the thought of free boot camp could not seem to stop the spoonful...ugh!
Comments/Questions? I am actually missing running...a year ago it was torture now I miss it..umm
