Breakfast veggies with an egg white...ww toast
Lunch subway 6 inch ham with veggies and apple slices
Dinner 6 inch ham (rest of my footlong) bowl of veggie soup (no meat)
Snack almonds, yogurt, and some veggie soup oh and a banana.
Comments/Questions? I think I had around 1350 calories a few too many really:(
