1/2 toasted sandwich thin
1 tbls home made peanut butter
Lunch soup
2 oz salmon added
Dinner 1 cup brown/wild rice
1 baked chicken thigh
salad
Snack orange
apple
almonds/walnuts/peanuts

found hidden stash of homemade peanut clusters & ate 2 need to hide them again
Comments/Questions? ran 4 miles treadmill in 45 min

sunshine on my shoulder makes me happy :-) making my own sunshine today!
