| Snack | orange banana 1/2 slice deli roast turkey w/ 1/2 slice pepper jack cheese on celery 1 oz mixed walnuts/almonds |
| Comments/Questions? | the workout was really good this morn. I was so energized after, that @ 730 I was ready to head back into town to harass Ms. JJ at the lib. but she informed me that didnt open until 9.. so started laundry and shoveled the walk, out to the car, and cleaned out the garage..(breaking up the ice on the floor, and sweeping out the snow).. Prana is wonderful stuff! |
