Chix Food Journal Donna Stutz

Breakfast 1/3 brick of firm tofu
1 egg, mixed with fresh cilantro and apple cider vinegar
chopped eggplant, green onion, red pepper, zuchini, jalapeno, topped with salsa.. i was so hungry!
Lunch left over last night chicken dinner
Dinner 4oz chopped sirloin
roasted root veggies
med. lettuce/veggie salad
with 1 tbl shredded white cheese
Snack orange
banana
1/2 slice deli roast turkey w/ 1/2 slice
pepper jack cheese on celery
1 oz mixed walnuts/almonds
Comments/Questions? the workout was really good this morn. I was so energized after, that @ 730 I was ready to head back into town to harass Ms. JJ at the lib. but she informed me that didnt open until 9.. so started laundry and shoveled the walk, out to the car, and cleaned out the garage..(breaking up the ice on the floor, and sweeping out the snow).. Prana is wonderful stuff!
