Breakfast old fashion oatmeal
1/4 cup fresh pumpkin
1/2 cup skim milk
Lunch 12 oz skim milk
Juice plus protein shake
Dinner 4 oz chicken breast over fresh spinach, fresh garlic,
1 brussel sprouts, 1/2 fresh roma tomato, eggplant, red pepper, green onion simmered together with organic apple cider vinegar with the mother.

and a small side salad :-)
Snack orange
banana
1 oz almonds walnuts
3 chopped dried apricots
1/2 T dried blueberries
celery w/1 T homemade peanut butter
Comments/Questions? thinking positive that nice yoga stretches will ease the tightness in my legs from yesterday!... yes, i said "nice" yoga :-)
