| Dinner | 4 oz chicken breast over fresh spinach, fresh garlic, 1 brussel sprouts, 1/2 fresh roma tomato, eggplant, red pepper, green onion simmered together with organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. and a small side salad :-) |
| Snack | orange banana 1 oz almonds walnuts 3 chopped dried apricots 1/2 T dried blueberries celery w/1 T homemade peanut butter |
