| Comments/Questions? | 45 min on treadmill doing speed alternating with max incline a 4mph 90 sec on incline 5 min on runs between 5 & 7 mph with rest @ 4.3 mph lots of water today. & hungry! have a granddaddy of a headache, so going to bed..early start in the morn! |
