Breakfast hot oatmeal/rice with 1/4 cup fresh pumpkin & 1/4 cup rice milk
Lunch homemade chicken noodle soup
Dinner 4oz ground round on whole grain sandwich thins
slice of pepperjack cheese
homemade relish
onion

mixed veggie salad
Snack banana, small
celery with peanut butter
5 almonds
2 walnut halves
Comments/Questions? 45 min on treadmill doing speed alternating with max incline a 4mph
90 sec on incline 5 min on runs between 5 & 7 mph with rest @ 4.3 mph

lots of water today. & hungry!

have a granddaddy of a headache, so going to bed..early start in the morn!
