1/3 tsp raw organic honey
3 dried apricots, chopped
2 tbl dried blueberries
1/3 cup rice milk
Lunch broccoli & rice
Dinner tuna on rye
big veggie salad
Snack post workout drink
clementine
celery with homemade peanut butter (no oil added)
Comments/Questions? ran 5.5 miles this morning in 60 minutes
