Breakfast 3/4 C kashi go lean crunch cereal w/blueberries,strawberries,1/2 banana. 1 piece w/w toast w/1 TBSP Natural PB, 1/2 banana.
Lunch green salad w/cucumber,radish,4 sliced green olives,sun dried tomatoes,feta cheese,tuna pouch, balsamic vinegar, EVOO. 1/2 C F/F cottage cheese
Dinner baked chicken,white meat, broccoli,cauliflower w/sprinkle of cheese. simmered sliced apples w/cinnamon and sprinkle of sugar.
Snack about 10 natural almonds
natural frozen fruit bar 25 cal.
Comments/Questions? Baked a whole chichen tonight....skipped mashed potatos,gravy and biscuit. 80% full and feel great for the choices I made today!
