| Dinner | baked chicken,white meat, broccoli,cauliflower w/sprinkle of cheese. simmered sliced apples w/cinnamon and sprinkle of sugar. |
| Snack | about 10 natural almonds natural frozen fruit bar 25 cal. |
| Comments/Questions? | Baked a whole chichen tonight....skipped mashed potatos,gravy and biscuit. 80% full and feel great for the choices I made today! |
