| Comments/Questions? | In Springfield for a work conf. had to eat out with Clients. I think I did well, made the best choices and still enjoyed myself. Back on track Wednesday. I wish I could have only eaten 1/2 of the filet on Monday night but it was soooo good. Monday and Tuesday were the only 2 days that I have really went over 1400 cal. |
