Tuesday-
Same as monday
Lunch Monday-
Grilled Chicken salad with FF itl Dressing (Cheddars)

Tuesday-
Grilled Chicken salad with salsa (Carlos O'Kellys) 10 chips with salsa
Dinner Monday-
8oz Filet aprox 1 1/2 cups steamed Broc
Salad with Greek dressing

Tuesday-
LC dinner
Snack 1 slice 12 grain bread with 1 tbls PB

Fiber one bar
Comments/Questions? In Springfield for a work conf. had to eat out with Clients. I think I did well, made the best choices and still enjoyed myself. Back on track Wednesday. I wish I could have only eaten 1/2 of the filet on Monday night but it was soooo good. Monday and Tuesday were the only 2 days that I have really went over 1400 cal.
