Lunch LC Chicken Fettuccini 270
1 cup steamed broccoli 50
Dinner Flatout-made a pizza with 1/2 cup ff refried beans, 3 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 cup motz cheese, green onion and salsa Aprox 350
YUMMY and very filling. I am stuffed, first time I have felt this full in 2 weeks.
Must try!!
Snack Almonds 120

1/2 arnold sandwich thin 50
smidge of P butter for taste 60
