| Dinner | Flatout-made a pizza with 1/2 cup ff refried beans, 3 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 cup motz cheese, green onion and salsa Aprox 350 YUMMY and very filling. I am stuffed, first time I have felt this full in 2 weeks. Must try!! |
