1 egg 1 egg white with spinich, green onion 100
1/2 cup oatmeal with 2 strawberries and 2 tbls blueberries 280
(this may be the perfect breakfast ?? I just can't do 2 two egg whites...Yet)
Lunch Los Potros Shrimp Salad with salsa 300
11 chips brought from home with salsa 140
Dinner 5 oz. (before cooked) diet lean hamburger patty 200
1 cup of steamed brc/caulf 50
Snack Garlic Bagel chips with LC Cheese 165

1 cup Van yogurt with 1 strawberry-15 Blueberries-1 tbls fresh pineapple and sprinkle of coconut 170 (YUMMY-better than the DQ)
