veggies/shrimp/very little cheese/salsa for dressing. Angie says 300 cal
10 chips with salsa (brought my own chips from home so I knew how many cals) 140
Dinner 1 cup of steamed veggies (broc/caulf/gr onion/cherry tomatoes/mushrooms) 50
2 leaf lettuce wraps with turkey/tomatoe and a ts of spicy mustard 210
Snack 1 pickle, string cheese and 6 cherry tomatoes 95

1/2 cup 1% milk 50
1 slice 12 grain bread with 1 tbsp PB 210

Day 2, yeah for me and yeah for all of us.
