Breakfast oatmeal w/dried cherries/turbinado sugar
Lunch Arnold's thin w/turkey/romaine
carrot sticks
fresh fruit(berries, pineapple, cantaloupe)
Dinner small baked potatoe
cooked carrots
hard boiled egg
small pancake w/a little butter
Snack breakfast bar
string cheese
2 wasabi almonds
3 pieces sugar free candy
1/2 C chex from chex mix
1/2 C pretzels
Comments/Questions? Dinner was hard. Randy and Myranda wanted breakfast for supper. I do not like this! So, I ate some leftovers and I know I didn't get enough protein. I even ended up eating a pancake - no protein in that!!
